The role includes managing document flow and records, working with document management systems, collaborating with project managers and finance specialists on budgets and cost estimates, preparing documents, coordinating the flow of information, organising meetings and appointments, and providing administrative support to the team while helping to coordinate office operations.
The gross monthly salary for this full-time position is EUR 1,400.
Required Experience:
- Minimum two years of experience as a clerk or office administrator. • Experience working with document management software like ‘Lietvaris” and “Visma HoP-Horizon” self-service portal shall be considered as an advantage.
